In the following we would like to inform you about the handling of your data according to 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). German version legally binding


RESPONSIBLE

SAVING THE IP ADDRESS
We store the IP address transmitted by your web browser strictly for a period of seven days, in the interest of being able to detect, limit and eliminate attacks on our websites. After this period, we will delete or anonymize the IP address. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR.


USER DATA
When you visit our website, so-called usage data is temporarily stored on our web server for statistical purposes as a protocol to improve the quality of our website.
This data record consists of
  • the page from which the file was requested,
  • the name of the file, the date and time of the query,
  • the amount of data transferred,
  • the access status (file transferred, file not found),
  • the description of the type of web browser used,
  • the IP address of the requesting computer,
  • which is shortened so that a personal reference can no longer be established.
The protocol data mentioned is only stored anonymously.


ORDER PROCESSOR
We transmit your data as part of an order processing in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR to service providers who support us in the operation of our website and the related processes. Our service providers are strictly bound to us and contractually obliged to do so.


DATA TRANSFER TO THIRD COUNTRIES
We sometimes transfer personal data to a third country outside the EU. We have taken care of an appropriate level of data protection: In the case of Google Analytics and Google Maps (USA), an appropriate level of data protection follows from the corresponding participation in the Privacy Shield Agreement (Art. 45 Para. 1 GDPR).


COOKIES
We use cookies on our website. Cookies are small text files that can be saved and read on your device. A distinction is made between session cookies, which are deleted as soon as you close your browser, and permanent cookies, which are saved beyond the individual session. Cookies can contain data that make it possible to recognize the device used. In some cases, cookies only contain information about certain settings that are not personal. We only use permanent cookies on our website. Processing takes place on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 S.1 lit. f GDPR and in the interest of optimizing or enabling user guidance and adapting the presentation of our website. You can also delete cookies at any time using the corresponding browser settings and prevent the setting of new cookies. Please note that our websites may not be displayed optimally and some functions may no longer be technically available. The tool we use is based on the technology of Snowplow Analytics. The data we collect about the use of our website include, for example, how often users visit the website or which areas are accessed. The tool we use does not collect any personal data and is used by our web hosting provider and service provider only to improve our own offer. We have switched off tracking and analysis cookies that are used for advertising purposes for your security.


OPEN STREET MAPS
We use Google Maps to display maps and to create directions. Google Maps is operated by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4. If you use the map of Google Maps, e.g. by clicking on our locations listed there, we will not collect any data from you. To the best of our knowledge, the use of Google Maps can transmit information about your use (in particular the IP address of your computer) to a server of Google Ireland Limited in the USA and store it there. The processing of personal data using technically necessary cookies and your IP address is based on the legal basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f) GDPR in the interest of making our website as optimal as possible for you. We have no influence on the further processing of data by Google Limited Ireland. Please also read the terms of use of Google Maps if you want to use the service. The terms of use for Google Maps can be found at: http://www.google.com/intl/de_de/help/terms_maps.html. You can also find detailed information on Google's data protection regulations at: http://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/. If you do not consent to data processing by Google Ireland Limited, please refrain from using the map or deactivate the JavaScript function in your browser in order to obtain a restricted view.


DATA SECURITY
In order to protect your data as completely as possible against unwanted access, we take technical and organizational measures. We use an encryption process on our website. Your information will be transmitted from your computer to our server and vice versa via the Internet using TLS encryption. You can recognize this by the fact that the lock symbol is closed in the status bar of your browser and the address line begins with https: //. We recommend at least TLS 1.2 encryption. Attention should also be paid to a non-obsolete key exchange and cipher, since SHA1, for example, has been considered insecure since February 2017. For example, the following are considered to be secure:
  • Cipher: AES_128_GCM or CHACHA20_POLY1305
  • Key exchange: DHE_RSA or ECDHE_RSA or ECDHE_ECDSA


Your rights as a user
When processing your personal data, the GDPR grants you certain rights as a website user:
  1. Right to information (Art. 15 GDPR): You have the right to have a confirmation to request whether personal data concerning you are processed; if this is the case, you have a right to information about this personal data and to the information detailed in Art. 15 GDPR.
  2. Right to correction and deletion (Art. 16 and 17 GDPR): You have the right to immediately To request the correction of incorrect personal data concerning you and, if necessary, the completion of incomplete personal data. You also have the right to request that personal data relating to you be deleted immediately if one of the reasons listed in Art. 17 GDPR applies, e.g. B. If the data is no longer required for the purposes pursued.
  3. Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR): You have the right to request the restriction of processing if one of the conditions listed in Art. 18 GDPR is met , e.g. if you have objected to processing according to Art. 21 GDPR or for the duration of a possible check whether our legitimate interests outweigh your interests as a data subject.
  4. Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR): In certain cases , which are listed in detail in Art. 20 GDPR, you have the right to receive the personal data concerning you in a structured, common and machine-readable format or to request the transmission of this data to a third party.
  5. Right of objection (Art. 21 GDPR ): If data is based on Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f GDPR (data processing to protect legitimate interests) or on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. e GDPR (data processing for the protection of public interest or in the exercise of official authority), you have the right to object to the processing at any time for reasons that arise from your particular situation. We will then no longer process the personal data, unless there are demonstrable compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves to assert, exercise or defend legal claims
  6. Supervisory authority: According to Art. 77 GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection regulations. The right to lodge a complaint can be asserted in particular with a supervisory authority in the Member State of your residence, your place of work or the place of the alleged violation.
